Serie A lining up move for Chelsea defender

AC Milan are reportedly considering a January move for Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahill as they are in desperate need of defensive reinforcements.
The Rossoneri will be without Alessio Romagnoli , Mateo Musacchio and Mattia Caldara for several weeks because of injury problems.
With their sick list growing, Corriere dello Sport claims that Milan may be about to turn to long-serving Chelsea ace Cahill, who indicated earlier this season that he is considering a move away from Stamford Bridge.

Milan, whose only fit recognised central defender is Cristian Zapata, are said to consider the ex-England international as a quick-fix option at the back.
Cahill is due to be out of contract with the Blues, where he has spent the last seven years, at the end of the season.
