Maurizio Sarri has reportedly been given the go ahead by Chelsea's board to stockpile newrecruits in the January transfer window.
The West Londoners has been threatened with a two-year transfer ban by FIFA for allegedly signing a number of foreign underage players, the ban which will last four transfer windows.
Chelsea board has given Sarri £200m to bring in a number of new players before the ban kicks in, according to reports from The Express.
Napoli's Elseid Hysaj, Borussia Dortmund's Christian Pulisic and Juventus full-back Alex Sandro are all said to be in Chelsea's sights, as is former defender Nathan Ake, who now plies his trade for Bournemouth.
Chelsea have denied any wrongdoing with regards to their alleged illegal transfer business and hope to hear back from FIFA in the coming weeks.
